5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Tracking

7. Failed Deliveries
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to:
• an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• refusal of the delivery
• failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point
• repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
the order may be returned to the sender. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned products must:
• be unused
• be in their original condition
• include original packaging where possible
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on the original payment method.
